HOSPITALITY HAS NEVER BEEN JUST ABOUT QUALITY FOOD.
It's about bringing people together, creating moments they'll remember, and making every guest feel genuinely cared for. That belief has guided Chef Isaac Perlman from the very beginning and continues to shape every part of Chef IP today.
Long before Chef IP existed, Isaac knew the kitchen was where he belonged. At just 11 years old, cooking had already become more than a hobby—it was the way he connected with people and expressed his care for them.
Years later, while studying Hospitality Management at
Florida International University, that lifelong passion
naturally evolved into a profession. Family and friends
began asking him to cook for intimate dinners and
celebrations, and one event quickly led to another.
Rather than pursuing a traditional hospitality career
after graduation, Isaac chose to build Chef IP—one
event, one relationship, and one unforgettable
experience at a time.
THE FIRST CHAPTER
GROWING THROUGH TRUST
Within the first year, Chef IP was entrusted with catering a 300-guest event—a milestone that confirmed the vision was becoming reality.
Over the years, that trust has taken us from intimate private dinners to destination events across Aspen, Vail, the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, and the Hamptons, while serving families, businesses, and organizations throughout South Florida.
No matter the setting, our philosophy has remained the same: thoughtful hospitality and exceptional food.
BUILDING THROUGH CHANGE
In December 2020, Isaac opened PERL by Chef IP—the brand's first brick-and-mortar restaurant and a dream years in the making.
Opening during the pandemic came with challenges few could have anticipated, but it also reinforced the values that had always defined Chef IP: consistency, quality ingredients, genuine hospitality, and creating an experience guests wanted to return to.
PERL became more than a restaurant. It became the foundation for the next chapter of Chef IP, expanding the company beyond private dining and events into the day-to-day operations of a restaurant—from culinary consistency and service to staffing, purchasing, and the guest experience.
EXPANDING THE VISION
As Chef IP continued to grow, so did the experiences we were trusted to create—from weddings and corporate events to private celebrations, restaurant operations, and destination catering.
The opportunity to operate Hamptons Club marked an important evolution for the company, bringing together restaurant operations, private dining, events, and resident service within one residential community.
It also opened the door to a new chapter for Chef IP: Hospitality Management—creating and operating thoughtful culinary and F&B programs designed around the people and communities they serve.
LOOKING AHEAD
Today, Chef IP Hospitality Group brings together Hospitality Management, Events & Catering, restaurant operations, and Private Chef experiences under one company.
Whether we're operating a culinary program for a residential community, welcoming guests into one of our restaurants, producing a large-scale celebration, or creating an intimate dinner at home, the way we approach our work remains the same:
To serve thoughtfully, host generously, and create experiences people remember long after the last plate has been cleared.
HOSPITALITY IS OUR CRAFT.
FOOD IS SIMPLY HOW WE SHARE IT.
